A sustainable and customizable training model

We collaborate with organizations, such as Interplast, Doctors of the World, Friendship, and CapaCare to move from the short-term surgical mission model to a more sustainable model focused on knowledge exchange. This saves money, human resources, and reduces the carbon footprint.

Local organizations such as Haydom Lutheran Hospotal, Kiruddu Hospital, and Masanga Hospital can be empowered to take ownership in providing high quality trainings for healthcare workers in their cachement areas.

National surgical societies worldwide can embed the course in new and existing training programs and provide an effective and inexpensive element for Continuous Medical Education (the ATLS course is an example of this).

One world one standard of care

Our courses provide a standardized way to teach health care workers the basics of surgical care, applicable in every setting.

We focus on the basics because the more experienced you become in your career, the better you will understand that those who correctly apply the basic treatment principles are the best surgeons.
